Tuck Everlasting
We have finished reading the novel Tuck Everlasting. We saw that it had connections to Twilight, and to the real world of students who, as they grow older, make more and more choices in their lives. We noticed that Natalie Babbit used alot of description and metaphors in her writing. The weather and a toad were symbols that related to Winnie Foster. Winnie chose not to drink the Spring Water that would have given her eternal life with Jesse. Did she do the right thing?

I think Winnie did the right thing just continuing her life like if nothing ever happened. But I still wonder if she was happy with her choice maybe she wanted to be eternal but she had a family she wanted or maybe her adventure was almost all forgotten(like most adults don't remember they were once children).
I would choose like winnie if I would be 11 but if I would be 18 or 19 I would drink the water from the srping and continue my life with the person or Jesse and I would live forever which would be really cool
I think it was a great book, and I liked how the author made the Tucks speak it was very creative. In the end I think Winnie made a good choice to help the Tucks.
I think Winnie chose the right thing to do because like Tuck said he regrets a little bit of drinking the spring water because its like if the wheel of life continues to turn but he doesn't move. Winnie found someone she loved and had kids, she ignored the spring or forgot about it.If she chose to drink the spring and go live with Jesse, it would've been kind of cool too.
