Adapted by: Shiro Amano
CharactersRoxas: He is the main character for the beginning because he has the key blade to open the gate to awake soradonoldand goofy. The key blade is an big key to use as a weapon. Roxas is a young boy like 14 years old. Roxas went in a house that only the key blade could open it. There was a girl named Namine she new every thing about the key blade she said roxas is not suppose to exist he is just an illusion to open the gate.
Sora: he is the main character he is young too he is like 15 years old. He has THE key blade. Sora needs to break the portal of evil that’s were the heartless come from. And the key blade Sora has is the only one that can break the portal. He has to partners Donald and goofy.
My opinions is the book is good but all the story went so fast I recommend this book for boys because there is a lot of fighting. The story explain like if you were there.
Baby Island

Did you ever think it would be possible for 2 girls to survive on a dessert island, carrying 4 babies, after a shipwreck? Well this is possible in the story. You will meet a 12 year old girl, named Mary, and you’ll discover that she has a heart of mom. A girl who would do anything to save her relatives. Also there is the sweet poetic Jean…When I say poetic, it’s because in the text of the book Jean writes poems on how she is feeling, and remember she is 10 years old. As the girls’ adventure continues they meet several obstacles. Obstacles like: Baby cries… What to do? No place to sleep… How are we gonna built a home... and many more.
You know, Robinson Crusoe was very brave and he did something very special, he wrote the number days he had stayed on the island, by doing marks on the tree’s bark. But Jean and Mary had their own calendar with them, so they would have their own schedule like on Fridays, do this and that… The girls where as brave and courageous as Crusoe… But now look in the sky… Do you see someone surviving on an island now, in these days??? It would be so possible, with all the technologies we have now. But if there would be no technology what would the people do to survive??? Would they send messages in a bottle so they could be found, like Jean did??? Or would they make a raft or dive to the water bank of any place in world??? Probably not, but it could be an idea.
Personally I can’t rate this book because every time a read it I give it a different rate… Ex: At 9 years old I rated it: 7.5, on my 10th year I rated it: 8.5 and now I really don’t know… It’s hard to rate it because… In fact it’s my genre of book, but maybe, after all I would rate it 9.7, because of the adventure and suspense of the book.
Everyone can change. Everyone! Mr. Peterkin is a man who settled on the Baby Island after living everything behind him, family, friends, and also children. When he meets the 6 children on “his” island well he doesn’t like it. He says the he moved because he wanted to escape from the kids of the village… I find that awful… After all, this man changes. The reason is, because of the little Elizabeth. She would always compliment on how pretty his beard was and that so cute…Now it wouldn’t be possible to do this. It would cost a lot to live on an island of their own. Million heirs could afford it but not an old man, escaping children. I know a couple that could afford it… Carlisle and Esmée. They are the parents of the “good” vampires in Twilight. In the 4th book of the serie they lend their island to Edward and Bella, for their honeymoon.
If ever you find a book that is alike… You’ll have to link it to Baby Island because it would be fantastic if this book could become popular again like it did in the past years…

DIARY OF A WIMPY KID
THE UGLY TRUTH
Gregory is a kid in middle school who is trying to get popular but always fails. I think that Jeff Kidney (author) has a lot of skills in humor because he is able to write a kind of joke that everybody can laugh at. A feature the author uses is that the view is always from the front or the side. The only time he has a close up is when they show something degusting. Ex: close up on Fregly’s secret freckle. The way the author draws his character is very funny.
He usually exaggerates with the form of the face. Ex. Manny’s head is bigger than his body. All teenagers have a deformed head or a lot of freckles. Jeff Kidney has made a good job writing the book in a way everybody can understand. The diary is like if Gregory was talking to us. Gregory is always chasing this girl named Heather hills, but he never really gets far. Ex. Greg was in the church. He shook hands with heather hills. Then at home he wanted to call her and say he was the guy from the church. But Rodrick hid all the phones. The author makes Greg look real in the words but not in the pictures. The people in the book don’t talk a lot. Sometimes they only say small sentences that make us laugh.

Dear Dumb Dairy
Dear Dumb Diary is on of my favorite books to read! I love the drawings in her Diary they are so funny, and she always exudates but in the funny way.
In this book Jamie (the girl who wrights the dairy) is trying to raise money to go on a trip with her friends, aunt and uncle. And her aunt and uncle said that they could only raise money by themselves and they can’t ask money from there parents.
So they try full of stuff, they tried a lemonade stand a car wash, a baby sitters service and plenty more. Once one of her friends Isabella did something illegal and police men showed up at her house. At the end they know that they wouldn’t be able to go but another of Jamie’s friends raised money by walking kids, 5 year old kids! I was thinking maybe walking dogs, but walking kids it’s just weird. So they got to go.
I really enjoyed this book and I hope you do to!
